Songs

The songbook begins with the voice Joseph remembers most deeply: his mother Rebecca singing Jewish songs in Russian. The students trace those melodies toward Yiddish, Hebrew, Polish, and other older sources, then rebuild them in English and contemporary arrangements.

This page presents selected public demos. The feature is planned as a 15-song soundtrack, carried by 12 students, in which every song advances character or story. That film count is not the full RIGLI catalog.
